How did you get started?:
By deciding to use my hobbies, interests and appreciation of reduce, reuse and recycle into a business.

What's your favorite part of selling vintage?:
Sharing special pieces with buyers that make them smile, elicit fond memories, or makes them wonder. I enjoy being connected to them by those emotions and a feeling of kindred spirit.

What do you collect?:
Oddities, lamps and frogs. Among other things.

Vinyl records, neon signs/breweriana, various lighting options, furniture and a mix of vintage and nostalgic items.

How did you get started?:
I've been buying and selling as long as I can remember. From yard sales starting at the age of 7-8, to the early years of eBay, and now a proper store front.

What's your favorite part of selling vintage?:
Knowledge. I learn something new almost every day whilst buying and/or selling. Learning about particular items, and the history behind them, keeps me doing what I do.

What do you collect?:
Guitars (about 100 now), vinyl records, coin-op arcade and slot machines, and barometers.

How did you get started?:
I am a collector of interesting, fun items that catch my eye. When I needed to downsize, I wanted to find a new home for my treasures. I decided that Curiosities was a great place to set up shop.

Arranging collections so they catch someone’s eye.

How did you get started?:
My mother and great aunt back in Scotland.

What's your best picking story?:
In the US a vintage set of Liberty glass dessert set of 6 bowls and a serving bowl all marked Liberty, which I sold at The Portland Big Expo, which I got $3500.00 for.

What do you collect?:
Scottish/Irish/Celtic silver jewelry.
